Membership delivery address
We verify this address before membership starts. It must be within 10 miles of our West Palm Beach store.
Your saved address is the default delivery address. Delivering to another address later adds a $15 alternate-address fee.
Membership and cancellation terms
The monthly membership includes one complimentary month. After the introductory month, the monthly plan continues for six paid monthly periods at the selected monthly rate.
You may cancel at any time during the complimentary period at no charge. After the complimentary period, cancellation requires one month's notice for monthly, six-month, and annual memberships. Cancellation does not create a new charge during the notice period beyond the billing terms already agreed for the active plan.
Membership benefits remain available while the subscription is active. Square handles subscription billing and sends payment receipts or payment notices to the account email.
